MoonChild

this is my first "real" painting. when i say real, i mean i actually put in a honest effort for it to turn out ok. it's supposed to be Gackt. i got the image from a screenshot from the movie MoonChild. then i thought that it was lacking something, so i put in the moon. voila!

i can't tell you how many layers upon layers there are in this. i used acrylics and it took me forever to get the right skin tone and folds etc. either way, i think it turned out beautifully!
